Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free for all orders in the continental US. Exclusions for free shipping apply to Hawaii and Alaska. Expedited rates are available on some items. We ship smaller items via small package freight such as FedEx or UPS. They will drop this off at your front door without making an appointment.

Please Note: Some orders may take up to 21 days to process and ship out. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

Important information about your delivery

We ship bigger items such as Sheds via LTL freight. The shipping company will call to set up a delivery time. LTL freight will come on a Tractor trailer with 50' or longer trailer. If a Tractor trailer cannot access your street, the shipper and Amishland assumes no liability. You will take the responsibility to schedule an appointment with the shipping company to

• (A) Pick up the shed at the terminal.
• (B) Meet the truck to transfer the Freight to your vehicle.

If you are not able to meet the shipping criteria you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the freight.
